My name is Chelsi Williamson and I specialize in generational trauma within families. I am trained in EMDR for trauma resolution. I love working with family systems, identifying the genealogy of trauma as it is passed down. I see things through a physiologically based trauma lens with a deep understanding of how trauma gets stored in the physical body. It is a passion of mine to help all impacted individuals release the burden of carried trauma, particularly inter-generational trauma. I love working with anyone trying to show up for family and change pervasive patterns.

I am trained in EMDR for all ages, including children. I have many years of experience in working with family systems and developing healthier ways to move forward. I specialize in trauma resolution. I am working towards becoming a certified somatic therapist as well. I am also a homeschooling mom of three children.

As a homeschooling mom of three boys, and someone who grew up on a homestead in Kentucky, I have a very unique view on the intricacies of maintaining a family. I understand that societal (macro) symptoms of systems play a significant role in our ongoing mental health, and take this into account when working with clients.
